Mini R.U.F.: Regenerative Urban Farming In-Person Workshops (Harvesting & Overwintering)

Over 7 months we will cover everything you need to know to grow from seed to winter prep. Not only will you be learning how to grow your own food but how vital our environment is to us & our future generations. Grab your pens & paper because this month we'll be outside learning about HARVESTING & OVERWINTERING. This second part of the two part workshop will cover final harvesting and overwintering your garden space & plants. You will learn proper final harvesting techniques and what to do. We will teach you which plants can be overwintered and how to properly store them over winter. We will also discuss what ground cover is and how it is beneficial to your garden over winter. Additionally, you will learn what crops can be grown or harvested in the winter.
